Privacy Policy

This explains what VitaNews Daily collects, why, who else sees it, and the choices you have about it.

Effective September 3, 2026 · Operated by Aurora Group Platforms LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to vitanews-daily.org and any related subdomains, operated by Aurora Group Platforms LLC ("Aurora Group Platforms," "we," "us"). It describes how we handle personal information from visitors, newsletter subscribers, and anyone who contacts us directly. It does not cover the retailers, manufacturers, or advertisers you may reach by clicking a link on this site — once you leave vitanews-daily.org, that company's own privacy practices take over.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

What you give us directly. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. If you email us, we collect whatever is in that message, including your email address and anything else you choose to share.

What your browser sends automatically. Like almost every website, our server and analytics tools log technical details such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the page you came from, and which pages you view.

What cookies record. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site function and, where you've consented, for advertising measurement. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why We Collect It

We use this information to send the newsletter to people who asked for it, respond to messages sent through our Contact page, understand which articles are actually useful to readers, keep the site working and secure, and — for visitors who've consented — measure whether the advertising that brought someone to the site led to anything worthwhile. That last purpose relies in part on the Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag, described in more detail below and in our Cookie Policy.

4. Who We Share It With

We are not in the business of selling your email address to a list broker. We do share limited information with a short list of companies that help us run the site:

Service providers. Our hosting provider, our email delivery service for the newsletter, and our analytics provider each process data on our behalf, under agreements that limit what they can do with it.

Advertising partners. If you've consented to advertising cookies, Microsoft Advertising receives event data through the UET tag so we can measure ad performance. Microsoft's own handling of that data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aurora Group Platforms, our readers, or the public.

We do not share data with the retailers or brands we review unless you clicked through to their site yourself, at which point their tracking — not ours — takes over.

5. Cookies

Cookies are covered in full in our Cookie Policy, including how to accept or reject the non-essential ones through the banner shown on your first visit.

6. Your Privacy Choices

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to:

To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request is really coming from you before acting on it.

7. Additional Rights for California Residents (CPRA)

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you specific rights over your personal information beyond what's described above:

To submit a CPRA request, or to appeal a decision we've made about one, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We'll confirm receipt and respond within the timeframe the law requires.

8. Microsoft Advertising and the UET Tag

This site runs the Microsoft Advertising UET tag so we can see, in aggregate, whether visits from Bing or Microsoft Advertising campaigns led to meaningful engagement with our content. Until you accept advertising cookies through our banner, the tag operates with ad storage denied and does not set an advertising cookie. Microsoft's collection and use of this data is governed by its own policy, available at the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

9. International Visitors and Cross-Border Transfers

Aurora Group Platforms LLC is a Wyoming, United States company, and the vendors we use to run this site — hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising — are primarily based in or process data in the United States. If you're visiting from outside the U.S., your information will typically be transferred to and processed in the United States, and possibly other countries where our service providers operate, under whatever safeguards those providers have in place. By using this site, you understand your information may be handled in a country with different data protection laws than your own.

10. Children's Privacy

VitaNews Daily is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

11. How Long We Keep Information

We keep newsletter and contact-form data for as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Automatically collected analytics data is generally retained only in aggregate or de-identified form after a limited window.

12. Changes to This Policy

We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we make a material change and, for significant changes, note it on the site itself.
