Returns Go Back to Where You Bought It
Same rule as shipping: we don't process a sale, so we can't process what comes after one.
Who Actually Handles Your Return
VitaNews Daily doesn't accept returns or issue refunds, because we're never the seller of record — we're an independent site that reviews and links to products sold by other companies. If something you bought after clicking one of our links needs to go back, the return has to go through the retailer or manufacturer you actually paid.
What to Do
Check the order confirmation or receipt from your purchase for that seller's return window, condition requirements, and refund process — these vary widely by retailer and sometimes by product, and we don't control or guarantee any of them. Most retailers list their return policy on their own site as well, usually somewhere near checkout or in their support section.
Keep in Mind
The fact that a review mentions a product doesn't mean we can intervene in a transaction between you and that retailer — we simply don't have access to anyone's order records but our own newsletter list. If a pattern of return or refund complaints about a specific company comes to our attention, that's exactly the kind of red flag we'll fold into a future update of the relevant review.
